The licence covers one brand and all campaigns for bundle purchases. For subscription plans, the licence scope expands to cover your entire organisation within the named user seats on your plan.

No. All In Images licences are perpetual. Once you download an image, your right to use it does not expire. There are no renewal dates, no expiry notices and no hidden fees.

No. Standard library licences and all B2C downloads explicitly exclude AI training use. This is a firm condition of the licence, not a grey area.

AI training dataset access is a separate enterprise product. If your organisation needs consented, tagged imagery for AI training purposes, get in touch to discuss the AI dataset licence.

No. Sub-licensing and resale are not permitted under any licence tier. Images are licensed for use within your organisation and the brand and campaign scope set out in your licence.

If you are an agency licensing images on behalf of a client, the licence applies to that client's brand and must be held by the end user. Contact us if you need agency licensing guidance.

Every image in the library comes with embedded IPTC/XMP metadata including a unique Licence ID, model release reference, consent date, subject role, DEI taxonomy tags, and permitted use class. This is the audit trail.

For subscription plans, we provide an EDI audit pack covering structured documentation suitable for procurement reviews and Inclusion Pledge submissions. Enterprise plans include board-ready EDI compliance reporting.

Yes. Clinical and healthcare imagery in the library carries the same human-verified DEI tagging and full model consent as every other image, and is suitable for use in healthcare communications including patient-facing materials, NHS Trust publications, and clinical education.

Images must not be used to imply product endorsement by the subjects depicted. If you have a specific clinical use case, contact us before use.

Every person in the All In Images library is a real professional in their field. Not a model playing a role. The scientist is a scientist. The nurse is a nurse. The engineer is an engineer.

Each subject is briefed on how their image will be used, paid a stipend for their time, and has given individual informed consent before any image is published.

Every image is tagged against a human-verified DEI taxonomy covering four areas:

• Role accuracy: the person is doing the job they are described as doing
• Demographic context: accurately and consistently recorded
• Workplace environment: the setting is authentic, not staged
• Curriculum mapping: relevant subject tags for education publishers

The tagging is done by a human reviewer, not an algorithm. This is what makes it audit-ready.

All images are delivered at full resolution, typically 4,000 to 6,000 pixels at 300dpi, suitable for large-format print as well as digital use. A web-optimised version at 2,000px is also included.

Unlike some stock libraries, we do not tier resolution by licence. Every licence gets the full file.

Collections are curated sets of images grouped by workplace or competency theme; for example, a Workplace collection covering a single setting, or a Competency collection focused on a professional theme. They are there to help you browse and find what you need faster, especially if you are looking for a cohesive set of imagery across a topic.

Collections are a discovery tool, not a separate product. Each image within a collection is still licensed individually as a single image or through your bundle credits, the same as anywhere else in the library.

Yes. If you cannot find what you need in the library, you have two options:

• Tell us the gap via email and we will flag it for an upcoming shoot
• Commission a bespoke shoot: your people, your workplace, your brief

Browse the library, find the image you want, and purchase directly from the image page. Bundles are available from the pricing section and give you credits to use across any images in the library.

Payment is handled securely via Lemon Squeezy. You will receive your download and licence documentation immediately on purchase.

Single image: one image, full perpetual licence. Best for one-off needs.

Bundle: a set of credits (3, 5 or 10) to use across any images in the library. Credits are valid for 24 months. Best for teams who need several images across different projects.

Collection: not a separate product to buy, but a curated grouping of images on a specific theme that makes searching and sorting easier. You still license each image individually, as a single image or using bundle credits.

Bundle credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Once a credit is used to download an image, that download licence is perpetual regardless of when the credit was used.

Because images are delivered digitally and are available immediately on purchase, we are unable to offer refunds on completed downloads.

We have a free access programme for uniformed and specialist services including police, fire, military, NHS, paramedics and coastguard. These organisations can access the library at no cost in exchange for a photography partnership.

For charities and educational institutions, our Founder bespoke shoot tier is designed to be accessible, and we consider each case individually. Get in touch to discuss your situation.

A bespoke shoot is a commissioned photography day where we photograph your own people in your own workplace. The result is imagery that genuinely represents your organisation, not casting-call models in generic settings.

Every shoot includes professional photography, DEI taxonomy tagging, individual model releases, a compliance documentation pack, and full resolution edited selects delivered within ten days.

Yes. You receive full resolution downloads of all images for your own use with full commercial rights. Once your shoot is complete, the images are added to the All In Images library and you download them from there, which is what keeps the shoot price where it is.

If you need full exclusivity and do not want images in the library, that is available as an option. The price reflects the full value of the imagery without the library offset. Talk to us about exclusivity options.

Typically two to three weeks from first conversation to delivery. The timeline breaks down roughly as:

• Brief and planning: 3 to 5 days
• Casting and consent: 5 to 7 days
• Shoot day: one day on site
• Editing and delivery: 10 days after shoot

If you have a specific deadline, tell us upfront and we will work around it where possible.

Yes. Many clients prefer this because the imagery then genuinely shows your organisation. We manage all consent documentation either way. Your staff complete the same individual release process as external subjects.

The Founder package is our entry-level shoot, designed for SMEs, charities, start-ups, and vocational training providers. It covers a half or full day, two to three subjects, and one location. From £950 + VAT.

It includes the same compliance documentation and DEI tagging as our Standard and Enterprise packages. The complete service at an accessible entry point.

Not through the standard library or B2C licences. AI training use is explicitly excluded from all standard downloads.

We are building a separate AI training dataset product. Licensable, individually consented imagery built specifically for organisations that need their AI training data to hold up to scrutiny. This is an enterprise product launching in Year 3. Register your interest and we will keep you informed.

No. Every image in the All In Images library is a real photograph of a real person taken in a real workplace. No AI generation, no compositing, no synthetic subjects.

This is the point. AI-generated imagery cannot produce consented, audit-ready, accurately tagged images of real professionals. We exist to fill exactly that gap.

Most diverse stock libraries are still generic stock with a diversity filter applied. The subjects are models, the settings are staged, and the tagging is algorithmic.

All In Images is built differently from the ground up:

Images are delivered as JPEG at 95% quality as standard. TIFF is available on request. Every file includes embedded IPTC/XMP metadata. Do not strip this as it contains your licence ID and model release reference.

Your downloads are available in the My Purchases section of your account. You will also receive a download link by email immediately after purchase.

If you cannot find your download, contact us with your order reference and we will sort it out.

Yes. API access is available on the Global Platform subscription tier. It provides full REST API access with custom taxonomy mapping, unlimited downloads, and multi-jurisdiction releases.
