What we look for
Documentary instinct. You are comfortable shooting in real environments with real people, not directing talent in a studio. The best All In Images work feels like you were barely there.
Sector experience. You have shot in professional settings: healthcare, education, STEM, trades, business. You understand what authentic workplace photography looks like.
A strong portfolio. We review every application. We are looking for consistency, technical quality, and a genuine feel for the people in front of your lens.
Professional approach. You understand model releases, consent processes, and the compliance requirements that come with commercial photography. Or you are willing to learn our process.
Shared values. You believe that representation matters. You approach every subject with respect, and your work shows it.
What you earn
We pay photographers in two ways. A contribution fee when your work is accepted into the library, and an ongoing commission every time one of your images is downloaded.
Contribution fee
A one-off payment when your images are accepted and added to the library. We discuss the rate at the time of acceptance based on shoot scope and content.
Download commission
An ongoing commission each time one of your images is downloaded or licensed. Your work keeps earning as long as it is in the library.
How it works
Apply with your portfolio
Fill in the form and share a link to your portfolio or a selection of recent work. We look at every application personally.
We review and respond
We will come back to you within two weeks. If your work is a good fit, we will set up a short call to talk through how we work and what we are currently shooting.
Brief and consent process
We brief every shoot carefully. We manage the subject consent process and handle all the compliance documentation. You focus on the photography.
Your work enters the library
Accepted images are tagged, licenced and added to the library. You receive your contribution fee and start earning commission on every download.
